Robert was extremely helpful, kind, fun and informative. He helped me figure out which sizes to purchase based on my father's sizes. It made it really easy to shop around. He showed me some amazing pieces and was such a joy to be around. I highly recommend this DXL. Not only are the prices and garment quality great but so are the people working there. I genuinely can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you!

Great service from Robert. I wasn't sure what type of jeans I was looking for and he was able to give me a great selection to choose from as well as provide details with regards to how each brand's unique style would help me with my choice. Ending up buying 2 pairs. Would recommend Robert to anyone who needs help in looking for something but not sure how to ask!

Fantastic and professional service. Robert's customer service was exceptional! I was able to find various pants and tops my size. I would recommend any plus size person to this store. Prices are reasonable, change rooms are large and roomy. Location is wheelchair accessable same with changerooms. 100% EXCELLENT Experience!

Excellent customer service from Robert. As a person who doesn't fit normal sizes, I need help with sizing and fit.... which can't be done online. Figuring of what style of clothes looks best together for work, going out or just casually is difficult. DXL has good selection and great customer service and is just what I needed. Thanks so very much Robert.

Got there a few minutes before 11 am on Sunday, June 10th so waited patiently until 11:03 by my watch and followed an employee into the store. The manager said "it's not 11 yet but I'll let you in". I said "it's a little after 11 by my watch" and she said "not by our time." I almost turned around and walked out. In the store, it is very neat and organized. Great selection of dress and casual clothing for a big guy like me. The young clerk was very helpful in finding my size and getting me into a change room. At checkout, I got a bit of a discount for spending over $100 but I was again put off by this supposed manager who wanted me to donate to some local family who's having a rough time. I said "no thank you" and she actually persisted, "how about rounding up to the next five dollars?" I could not wait to leave the place. They have great stuff, but this lady just pissed me off. Service is EVERYTHING.

Had finally made the time to visit the Mississauga, Ontario store on a raining Saturday in January. once entered it was a whole different atmosphere, I was greeted at the door from Mark who I then wanted to take care of me, finding out shortly after that he is the store manager, as he keep on getting pulled left and right still managing to accommodate me at all times. The experience was so great I was in the store for 3 hours ending up making a large purchase. when it came time for alterations the seamstress was fantastic making the garments look Fabulous on. The Highlight of the experience is that Mark went out of his was to personally deliver my done alterations personally in Woodbridge. that blew me away. Thank You For Making Me Feel So Important.

The Gentleman helping me out at the store was absolutely incredible! That’s why I like going to DXL but only the Mississauga Location. Everyone is incredibly nice. The stores in the states are terrible. Why I only gave 3 stars though is because the available stock in the store was disgusting. They haven’t got a shipment in for several months because DXL Corporate doesn’t care about Canadians. If this continues I will have to start buying my suits and casual clothing at another place unfortunately.
